About Kapital Enterprises

Business management, plainly taught

Kapital Enterprises is a business management and planning company. We coach and consult small businesses and individuals toward personal development and profitable growth — and we run confidential support programmes for the people behind them.

Why we exist

Most small businesses don't fail from lack of effort

They stall. Owners work longer hours, take on more of the wrong work, and slowly lose sight of the few decisions that would have changed everything. It rarely looks like a crisis — it looks like being busy.

Kapital Enterprises exists to fix that specific problem. We bring structure to businesses that have grown faster than their systems, and clarity to owners who've been deciding alone for too long.

We also know that the person running a business is part of the business. So alongside planning and consulting, we deliver coaching and confidential support programmes — because financial growth and personal development aren't separate projects.

That conviction comes directly from our founder's background in social service and large-scale event operations — where systems only work if the people inside them are supported too.

Twenty years of helping people rebuild — applied to business

Kapital Enterprises is owned and operated by Justice Cephas, whose career has been built at the intersection of two things most business consultancies keep separate: how organisations run, and how people change.

For more than 20 years Justice has worked in social service, empowering people through some of the hardest circumstances imaginable — juvenile detention, family shelters, and alternative-to-incarceration programmes with The Fortune Society. That work means sitting with people at the point where they have to decide to do things differently, and staying with them while they actually do it.

Alongside that, Justice served as a lead in the operations department at Barclays Center, where the systems and training he introduced were instrumental to the efficiency and production of day-to-day events — basketball, boxing, concerts and everything that has to run flawlessly behind them.

Loading docks to event floors: the operational backbone behind basketball, boxing and concert nights.

He holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelor's in Humanities and Social Service. It's that combination — operational systems paired with genuine personal development — that shapes everything Kapital Enterprises does.

Systems that hold up

Large-scale event operations demand processes that work under pressure, every single time.

People, not just plans

Two decades of frontline social service means knowing how change actually happens.

What we stand for

Four commitments we don't bend on

Honest over comfortable

If something in your business isn't working, we'll say so plainly — even when it's not what you hoped to hear.

Practical over theoretical

Everything we recommend has to survive contact with a normal working week.

Confidential, always

What's shared with us stays with us. That applies to business figures and to personal matters alike.

Accountable to outcomes

We agree what success looks like at the start, then measure whether it actually happened.

Let's talk about where your business is going.

The first conversation is free, confidential and without obligation — and you'll leave it with something to act on.
